Abstract Submission

Abstract submission instructions

  • First-time users, please sign up for a user account at the ICOPS2022 abstract submission site  (https://www.eventclass.org/contxt_icops2022/)
  • Your contribution must be in English
  • Maximum words in the abstract: 220
  • The maximum limit is 2 abstracts per submitting author
  • Each abstract will be assigned an Abstract ID. Please quote this when making inquiries
  • IEEE requires a copyright form for each abstract. Download the copyright form and upload it within the submission process.  
  • Abstract submission closes: January 28, 2022

Review and acceptance process

  • The ICOPS2022 Technical Program Committee will review abstracts for content and scientific merit
  • Based on the recommendations of the Technical Program Committee, the review decision will be either "accepted” or “rejected”
  • Notification of Acceptance: February 20, 2022
  • Acceptance is on condition that at least one author attends the meeting to present the accepted abstract
  • Accepted abstracts will be published in the conference program on the website and mobile app.
  • Abstracts will also be published by IEEE Xplore and appear online after ICOPS2022.

Meeting Registration

  • Authors whose abstracts are accepted must register their meeting attendance by the registration deadline
  • At the time of registration, ID of the abstracts to be presented must be provided (if an abstract has been submitted)
  • An abstract is not required to register to attend the meeting, but all abstracts must have at least one registered attendee
  • By default, the registrant is deemed to be the presenter. This can be the author or a co-author
  • Abstracts whose authors do not register to attend the meeting risk being withdrawn
