Please note, fees will be collected in US Dollars, and should be inclusive of VAT, if applicable. Registration fee covers coffee/snacks, all program abstracts (web), YP, WIE, welcome reception.

Please note that the registration fee is the same for virtual and in-person because of the additional Audio Visual costs incurred for the virtual audience participation. We are actually planning 3 conferences, in person, hybrid and virtual on demand post conference, so the costs have been evenly split across all audiences. In addition, we have contractual obligations for rooming and food & beverage minimums at the hotel which we will not be able to meet due to reduced attendance and will face penalties.
